How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Esmediallc Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
- Your experience when you called or messaged Esmediallc Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Esmediallc Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@esmediallc.quest with these details:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
First, we confirm by email that your complaint arrived. This usually happens within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Resolved?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
